A Short Guide to a Long Life

I would like to think that I do not recommend a lot of books whose overall theme is hwo to live healthy. Reading A Short Guide to a Long Life by David B. Agus is worth every minute spent.

Dr Agus does a greaat job encouraging evidence based behaviors which will help you live a long life. These are habits I have mentioned before, and more.

My only heartburn with the book is the short bit where he discusses the benefits of knowing your genetics ... I am yet to be convinced and it sounds a little like self promoting.

That said, other aspects are exceptional money shots. I even put together a Google Doc for your own personal health record, inspired from the beginning of this book. This is a template you can copy to your account and edit appropriately. Take a copy every time you visit your doctor.
