General recommendations for good health:
- Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats.
- Avoid saturated fats.
- Be active/exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the frequency before intensity.
- Sleep 7-9 hours a night
- Do not use tobacco, alcohol, marijuana or street drugs in any form.
- Practice safe sex.
