How to use this App
You can choose between 2 types of breathing exercises: Box Breathing and Relax Breathing.
Box Breathing is often used to reduce stress or anxiety.
Relax Breathing can help with falling asleep and calming down.
Make your choice:
- As the circle grows, take in a breath.
- When it stops, hold your breath.
- As it decreases, breathe out.
- If it holds, hold your breath after breathing out.
- Breathe in again as the cycle repeats.
How to Install this App
Android (Chrome or Firefox)
Chrome or Brave preferred
- Open the main page in your browser
- Open your browser’s settings
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home screen"
- Confirm by tapping Add
iOS (Safari)
- Open the main page in Safari
- Press the "Share" button
- select "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner to finish installing the PWA
